MINSK, March 21 (Xinhua) -- Belarusian Economy Minister Dmitry Krutoi will head the committee established Thursday to organize a forum on bilateral cooperation with China and regional development within the framework of the China-proposed Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), the government press service said Thursday.
Vladimir Ulakhovich, the head of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, was appointed the deputy chairperson of the organizing committee established Thursday.
The organizing committee also includes representatives from ministries, the China-Belarus industrial park Great Stone, the National Agency for Investment and Privatization of Belarus, and local committees in the capital Minsk.
The forum is expected to be held at the Great Stone industrial park in Minsk this summer.
