BEIJING, Dec. 27 (Xinhua) -- China's Xiongan New Area, an economic zone located in North China's Hebei province to the south of Beijing, is expected to build new sections and auxiliary routes for Rongcheng-Yixian highway and Anxin-Daceying highway, with investment totaling 2.4 billion yuan, reported the Xinhua-run Shanghai Securities News.
The projects are owned by the infrastructure construction company affiliated to China Xiongan Group, a state-owned company based in Xiongan, according to the tender announcements released by the group on its website on Wednesday to invite bids for roadway survey and project design.
The projects have obtained approval from relevant authoritative department under the Xiongan management committee, according to the announcements. (Edited by Su Dan, Niu Huizhe)
