BEIJING, Dec. 18 (Xinhua) -- China’s Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chongqing, and Wuhan plans to allocate special funds of over 2 billion yuan to support construction and industrial application of the secondary nodes for China’s industrial Internet, reported the Xinhua-run Economic Information Daily.
All of the five national top-level identifier resolution nodes of industrial Internet located in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chongqing, and Wuhan have been launched, with the Shanghai national node kicking off recently.
The secondary nodes provide identification service for enterprises and applications.
After construction of national nodes, the secondary nodes, as essential parts of China’s identifier resolution systems, will play important roles in pushing forward identifier application, and in the meantime promote China’s industrial Internet development, deputy director of business development department of identifier management center under China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, Zeng Xiping told the Economic Information Daily.
