BEIJING, Oct. 29 (Xinhua) -- Northeast China's Heilongjiang Province has recently unveiled a three-year plan to accelerate development of the emerging industries and the science and technology enterprises.
According to the plan, Heilongjiang aims to see 10,000 newly-registered technology-based enterprises and 1,500 high-tech enterprises, and more than 50 leading innovation enterprises with sales revenue or valuation reaching more than 500 million yuan, by the end of 2020.
To achieve the above goal, Heilongjiang will introduce well-known technology companies at home and abroad to set up their subsidiaries in the province and offer subsidies to the science and technology enterprises.
In addition, the province will also create a good investment and financing environment for the technology enterprises. It will offer subsidiaries ranging from 2 million yuan to 10 million yuan to those technology enterprises which have their headquarters or main business operations in Heilongjiang, after their initial public offerings or listing at the domestic or overseas stock exchanges.
