BEIJING, Oct. 15 (Xinhua) -- A Guangzhou-Hong Kong-Macao Belt and Road enterprise cooperation alliance was established in Nansha Area, Guangdong Pilot Free Trade Zone on October 12. It is aimed to help Guangzhou-based enterprises go abroad, and Hong Kong and Macao-based enterprises invest in the mainland of China.
An agreement was signed by Association of Guangzhou Belt and Road Investment Enterprises, the Belt and Road General Chamber of Commerce and the Industry and Commerce Association of Macao, under which the three associations will collaborate in investment and trade project service for enterprises.
Peter Lam Kin-ngok, chairman of the Belt and Road General Chamber of Commerce, believes that with the construction of the Greater Bay Area, Hong Kong enterprises are looking forward to participating in the construction of Nansha Area, and more Hong Kong-based enterprises will invest in Nansha in the future with the help of the cooperation alliance.(Edited by Wu Shuang, wushuag2018@xinhua.org)
