BEIJING, Oct. 12 (Xinhua) -- A new cargo flight was launched between Wuhan City in central China's Hubei Province and Liège, Belgium on Wednesday.
The flight, run by a Boeing 747-400 aircraft, is scheduled to depart from Liège every Wednesday and arrive in Wuhan the next day.
The flight, which can carry up to 110 metric tons (tonnes) of goods, mainly transports mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, e-commerce parcels, auto parts, and electronic products. The first flight was conducted in July this year.
It is Hubei’s third intercontinental all-cargo airroute after the flights of Wuhan-Chicago and Wuhan-Luxemburg. (Edited by Wu Shuang, wushuang2018@xinhua.org)
