CHANGCHUN, Sept. 21 (Xinhua) -- The International Talents Exchange and Cooperation Conference of NEAR was held Thursday in Hunchun city of northeast China's Jilin province.
Thursday also saw the inauguration of the International Talents Exchange Committee under the Association of NEAR Governments.
Themed on integrating international talents to jointly build the Belt and Road (B&R), the conference attracts governors, enterprises and universities representatives from home and abroad such as Russia, Japan, the Republic of Korea and Mongolia.
It is noted that relevant talent cooperation agreements were signed among governments, enterprises and other organizations at the conference.
Hunchun city is one of China's first batch of pilot border cities for opening up, which is an important city for the construction of B&R and China-Mongolia-Russia economic corridor.
