TIANJIN -- North China's Tianjin Municipality started construction of a Belt and Road project data base, which has included 85 projects with total investment of 180 billion yuan (about 26.1 billion U.S. dollars), according to the annual session of Tianjin Municipal People’s Congress opened on January 15.
