Foreign investment in Vietnam's HCM City doubles in 10 months
Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City attracted over 5 billion U.S. dollars worth of foreign investment in the first 10 months of this year, doubling the figure in the same period last year, the municipal Department of Planning and Investment said Monday.
