Shanghai's Huangpu District helps "children of the stars" light up the future
Huangpu District of east China's Shanghai Municipality has recently released a video to introduce the life of some special children in the district. These children are warmly called the "children of the stars" in Huangpu, where they get access to tailored education resources. These efforts that Huangpu district has made in improving special education not only illuminate the future of the children, but also warm others.
