EU clears joint venture creation between ChemChina, AKC
The European Union (EU) regulators approved the creation of a joint venture between China National Chemical Corporation (ChemChina) and Japan-based Asahi Kasei Corporation (AKC) on Wednesday, saying the case raised no competition concerns.
