Caissa Touristic (000796.SZ) announced Thursday that its wholly-owned subsidiary Caissa Tosun Development Co. Ltd. has acquired 40 percent equities of Jiabao Runcheng Duty-Free Co. Ltd., an operator of a duty-free shop in downtown Beijing.
