Associate senior reporter and head of the home news for foreign service section of the Heilongjiang Office of the Xinhua News Agency; joined the Heilongjiang Office in July 2003; participated in reporting news on a number of large-scaled activities, including Japan’s Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant accident, Earth Green Band, Yichun air crash, collapse of the Yangmingtan Bridge in Harbin, investigation and study of the defense industry research system in the new period and the annual sessions of the National People’s Congress and the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.
