Mr. Li Xilin is the deputy director of the Institute of International Trade in Services with the Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation. He mainly studies service trade and service outsourcing, the development of open economy and other areas. He has published dozens of articles in well-known Chinese journals and newspapers. He has led and participated in the writing of reports on China's pilot free trade zone development, Chinese outsourcing brand development, global trade in services development index, etc. He has also participated in many provincial and ministerial open economic development related projects.
