Mr. Huo Jianguo is the vice chairman of the China Society for World Trade Organization Studies. He has been dedicated in foreign economic and trade management and policy studies, boasting rich practical work experience and high level of policy theory. From 1993 to 2001, he had attended negotiations concerning China's entry into the WTO and served in APEC for many times. He has published many articles in major domestic publications, and written many books including China's Foreign Trade and National Competitiveness.
