BEIJING--Chinais goingto modify the Catalogue of Industries for Guiding Foreign Investment andrelated regulations to much lower threshold for foreign investment in service,manufacturing, and mining sectors, according to a report by Guangming Daily,quoting Wang Shouwen, deputy head of the Ministry of Commerce, as saying.
