BEIJING, June 6 (Xinhua) - Fujian’s Liancheng industrial park embraced a new aluminum-plastic compound packing film project with a total investment of 1.2 billion yuan recently, reported Fujian Daily.
The project, starting construction from May 30, this year, is a key investment program for developing lithium battery industry in Liancheng County as it is expected to reduce domestic reliance on imported Al compound packing film for lithium battery.
Upon completion, the project will be able to produce 50 million square meters of aluminum-plastic compound packing film annually, and generate 1.4 billion yuan of output value. It is likely to become one of the largest R&D and production base for aluminum-plastic compound packing film for lithium battery in China.
As the report noted, the aluminum-plastic film is developed by Fujian film science and technology Co., Ltd.
