BEIJING, May 22 (Xinhua) - Second-hand home prices in China’s 8 large and medium-sized cities showed a year-on-year decline in April, which means that the prices in these cities returned to the level in 2017, the Xinhua-run Shanghai Securities News reported on Tuesday.
According to the report ,the eight cities include Beijing, Xiamen, Zhengzhou, Shanghai, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Nanjing, and Jinan.
Analysts noted that second-hand home prices in 70 large and medium-sized cities extended their biggest slump in April, which further reflected the characteristics of a deep adjustment in the real estate market .
However, it is worth noting that although the price of new homes and second-hand housing in the first-tier cities has basically stagnated, the actual transaction volume in April has rebounded.
