Chinese companies to build landmark building along Gold Coast, Australia -- The Third Construction Engineering Company Ltd. of China Construction Second Engineering Bureau and Beijing Foriseland Real Estate Development Co. Ltd (Foriseland) signed a cooperation agreement on a real estate project on the Gold Coast of Australia in Beijing on May 11. The project is located in the core area of the Gold Coast. The tentative contract value is 630 million Australian dollars, which is approximately 3.15 billion Chinese yuan.
