BEIJING, May 17 (Xinhua) -- Tibet Huayu Mining Co., Ltd. (601020.SH) announced on Thursday that it had inked a framework agreement with Zhongse Dike Mineral Exploration Co. to conduct cooperation in the field of mineral exploration.
The move is aimed at raising market share and enhancing information sharing.
Based on the agreement, Tibet Huayu Mining should give priority to Zhongse Dike Mineral Exploration if choosing a partner to conduct geological mineral exploration overseas. (Edited by Zhang Yuan, zhangyuan11@xinhua.org)
