KUALA LUMPUR-- A refiner based in eastChina'sShandongProvinceannounced on Dec.22 that ithas completed the acquisition of a 51 percent stake in Shell Refining Company(SRC) inMalaysia,one of a few such acquisitions done by petroleum companies outside the threemajor state-owned enterprises including Sinopec and PetroChina.
