BEIJING -- Cambodian conglomerate Ly Yong Phat Group (LYP Group) signed a 1.5-billion-US-dollar deal with Chinese property developer SRE Group recently to build a China-Cambodia friendship city on the northern suburb of Cambodia's capital Phnom Penh.
