In the past decade, Chinese investors have begun to expand their U.S. presence as well, turning the FDI relationship into a two-way street with multi-billion dollar flows every year, according to a report about 25 years of U.S.-China direct investment (from 1990 to 2015) released jointly by the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations and the Rhodium Group.
