At sea, with the key ports as nodes, China will provide outstanding meteorological services to guarantee smooth, safe and high-efficiency transportation channels, and boost the capacity of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor and Bangladesh-China-India-Myanmar Economic Corridor in the disaster prevention and mitigation, and the public service.
By 2025, China will basically perfect the comprehensive meteorological observation system for Belt and Road construction, widely apply satellite technology and basically build up observation station network in key regions along the Belt and Road, said the plan.
