GUANGZHOU, Nov. 29 (Xinhua) – China is now deeply involved and even taking a lead in the global governance, said He Yafei, former vice-minister of China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He made the remarks on the “21st Century Maritime Silk Road” Forum on International Communication and Chinese (Guangdong) Companies Going Global, held on Wednesday in Zhuhai, South China’s Guangdong Province.
China adopted the principle of joint discussion, joint construction and joint sharing proposed in the Belt and Road Initiative to carry on the global governance, which is a new concept that not only reflected new international relations of democratization, but also embodied China’s views on world order to promote peaceful development and win-win cooperation, He noted.
