BEIJING, Sept. 28 (Xinhua) -- China's real estate major Shimao Group released a white paper Wednesday to launch its new product system targeted at high-end customers in the country.
The system aims to endow more facilities for the community, the company said.
"Houses not only create space but also a kind of lifestyle," said Xu Shitan, vice-chairman of Shimao Group.
It also expects to change the stereotype of buildings that isolates people with emphasis on interactivity and intelligence, according to the company.
The company began to establish classrooms in its community last year where educational activities can be held for the residents.
It also cooperated with Spanish soccer club FC Barcelona in July to improve sports facilities of the community and promote the game among teenagers.
"Health and education are the two most important elements of a community," Xu said.
Shimao, known for its luxury property products, kept a low profile in the past two years.
Xu said it hoped to welcome a new round of growth from 2017 to 2019 after undergoing a deep adjustment period. (chinadaily.com.cn)
