Abstract : PetroChina (PTR.NYSE; 00857.HK; 601857.SH), China's biggest oil and gas producer, announced on Wednesday that the company's board has approved the sale of a 50-percent stake in Central Asia Natural Gas Pipeline Co. for 15 billion to 15.5 billion yuan.
BEIJING, Nov. 25 (Xinhua) -- PetroChina (PTR.NYSE; 00857.HK; 601857.SH), China's biggest oil and gas producer, announced on Wednesday that the company's board has approved the sale of a 50-percent stake in Central Asia Natural Gas Pipeline Co. for 15 billion to 15.5 billion yuan.
PetroChina will restructure Central Asia Natural Gas Pipeline Co. before the equity sale to Mansong Holdings Ltd, a subsidiary of China Reform Holdings Corp. Ltd. (Edited by Huang Xiaolan, huangxiaolan@xinhua.org)
