BEIJING, April 6 (Xinhua) – The AdministrativeCommittee of Zhongguancun Haidian Science Park (ACZHSP) held on Wednesday theSino-Europe business opportunities forum in Beijing to boost scientific andtechnological cooperation and investment.
Li Changping, deputy head of Haidian District,Beijing Municipality said in a keynote speech on the forum Haidian district, asone of the core science and innovation industrial parks in China, attachesgreat importance to cooperation with international institutions and has beendedicated to establishing international communication platforms for localenterprises.
Li hoped the forum could help Chinese andEuropean enterprises discover business opportunities and better their win-win cooperation.
A survey conducted by Zhongguancun HaidianScience Park (ZHSP) in 2016 showed enterprises in the park were highlyinterested in the European market and European technologies and ones who hadplans or intended to establish or expand economic and trade ties with European businessesaccounted for 72.2 percent of the total respondents, of which a majority ofthem showed interest in Germany, noted Huang Ying, vice head of ACZHSP.
