BEIJING, Feb. 13 (Xinhua) -- China’s Hubei Hongyuan Power Engineering Co., Ltd. has started construction of a wind power project with a designed total installed capacity of 49.735 MW in Pakistan.
The HAWA wind farm will be equipped with 29 wind turbine generators each with capacity at 1.7MW. The project also includes building a 132 kv booster station.
The HAWA wind power project marks the third cooperation project between Hongyuan Power Engineering and POWERCHINA Huadong Engineering Corporation, the prime contractor for the project. Enditem (Edited by Ma Xin, maxin11@xinhua.org)
