BEIJING,Jan. 4 -- Sinomine Resource Exploration Co., Ltd (002738.SZ) announced on late January 3 that it had won a contract worth 247 million U.S. dollars for building houses, office buildings, and supporting facilities for military officers and soldiers of Ministry of Defence in south African country Zambia, the Xinhua-run China Securities Journal reported.
The project is scheduled to conclude in 36 months with annual contract valued at 570 million yuan (about 81.69 million U.S. dollars), which will have positive impact on the operating revenues and profits of the company in the coming three years.
Furthermore, the project will contribute to expanding overseas markets of the company, and boost the sustainable development of the company’s business in Zambia.
