The No. 1 generating set and power plant utility system of the Sumsel-5 coal-fired power plant constructed by China National Electric Engineering Co., Ltd. (CNEEC) in Indonesia obtained the taking over certificate (TOC) from its owner DSSP and operating company KSS recently.
Located in Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra, Indonesia, the Sumsel-5 project includes a mine-mouth coal-fired power plant, with an installed capacity of 2×150MW, intakes and pipelines, 275 kilovolts step-up switchyard as well as circuit design work.
While ensuring safe and stable operation of the No. 1 generating set, CNEEC’s relevant project department will strive for an early handover of the No. 2 generating set.
