China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) (Middle East) LLC has received in end November the Notice of Award issued by Namaa Properties Development LLC of DAMAC Group for Paramount Tower Hotel & Residence Project, with the contract value equal to 150 million US dollars.
With the total building area of 135,000 square kilometers, the Paramount Tower Hotel & Residence Project is located in Dubai Business Bay, adjacent to world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa. With its main structure being 64 floors, it is super high-rise buildings including 867-room hotel and hotel apartments. DAMAC Group is dedicated to build up the hotel into one of the regional landmark buildings, which is planned to be open in the first quarter of 2020.
The Paramount Tower Hotel & Residence Project is the second project CSCEC Middle East cooperated in 2016 with DAMAC Group following the winning of Akoya Oxygen Infrastructure Project, good for the two companies to cooperate in the fields of high grade hotels and apartments, in the future.
