Abstract : The centralized power supply system of the Nam Ou hydropower plant in Laos, build by Power Construction Corporation of China, has entered operation lately.
BEIJING, Dec. 16 (Xinhua) - The centralized power supply system of the Nam Ou hydropower plant in Laos, built by Power Construction Corporation of China, has entered operation lately.
The Nam Ou hydropower plant, with total installed capacity of 1.272 million kilowatts, is designed to construct seven tiers of power stations.
Nam Ou hydropower plant is located in Nam Ou River, the largest eastern tributary of the Mekong River. (Edited by Li Xiaohui, lixh@xinhua.org)
