BEIJING, Oct. 28 (Xinhua) -- China Vanke Co., Ltd. (000002.SZ), China's top property developer, announced on Thursday that its net profits in the first three quarters of the year amounted to 8.26 billion yuan, up 20.5 percent from a year earlier.
According to a filing to the stock exchange, the company earned 117.05 billion yuan of operating revenue in the first three quarters of the year, representing a rise of 47.1 percent year on year.
On the whole, the company realized sales of 262.9 billion yuan in the first three quarters, up 43.7 percent year on year.
Meanwhile, in the third quarter, the company's net profits amounted to 2.91 billion yuan, up 45 percent year on year. During the period, its sales and operating revenue stood at 72.82 billion yuan and 42.26 billion yuan, respectively.
It is worth noting that while maintaining a growth in the traditional business, Vanke is transforming itself into an urban supporting service provider. It has persistently advanced development in property service and logistics properties and made progress in the commercial real estate and internationalization development.
