BEIJING, Oct. 30 (Xinhua) -- China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) is drafting the 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-2020) program for information communication industry, the Xinhua-run cnstock.com reported on Friday.
The ministry's vice minister Chen Zhaoxiong attended the program formulation meeting held in Qingdao on Wednesday and Thursday.
He asks the program formulators to accurately grasp the new task and new duty for the industry's development in the next five years, comprehensively consider the major relationship of formulating the program, and concretely strengthen the planning for urban telecom infrastructure construction.
