BEIJIGN -- As 2017 marks the second decade for the establishment of the BRICS mechanism, Li Guanghui, deputy director of the Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation of the Ministry of Commerce, urged the BRICS countries to continue up holding BRICS spirit to lead economic globalization and contribute to the development of open economy.
