On the morning of July 31, the 11th China New Energy International Forum, with the theme of “New Energy & Energy Supply Side Reform”, was held at Beijing’s China National Convention Center. The forum gathered more than 500 participants, including government officials, experts and scholars, and representatives from new energy companies.
Tongwei Group was invited to the forum as the Executive President Unit of China New Energy Chamber of Commerce and an organizer of the forum. Chen Xingyu, the First Principal of PV business of Tongwei Group, and Hu Rongzhu, Vice President of Tongwei Group, represented the Group at the forum.
During the PV Giants Dialogue, Chen Xingyu presented a case study of the Group, involving integration of “PV power generation and fish farming” and delivered a keynote speech. Chen termed the issue of global climatic change to be “severe”. He said that an energy revolution calling for green and low-carbon usage, and centering on environment-friendly and renewable energies, has been officially kicked off.
