BEIJING, Nov. 6 (Xinhua Silk Road) -- On November 5, the Digital-Intelligent Roadshow of China Sustainability Solutions was officially launched in Beijing. More than 100 representatives from media institutions including Reuters, TV BRICS, the Malaysian National News Agency (Bernama), and Qatar News Agency attended the launching ceremony.
Jointly developed by China Economic Information Service of Xinhua News Agency and the Export-Import Bank of China, the roadshow is one of the outcomes of the ongoing 7th World Media Summit.
The platform systematically presents China's practical achievements in sustainable development. It aligns development needs across countries through international cooperation, and helps proven, replicable and scalable solutions better serve global sustainable development.

Since the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) was proposed in 2013, China and other partner countries have carried out extensive practical cooperation in clean energy, climate governance, food security, digital economy, infrastructure, agricultural poverty reduction and other areas.
Through these collaborations, China has gained extensive experience in developing modern agriculture in desert regions, delivering high-quality medical services to remote areas, leveraging digital technologies to improve urban governance, and making clean energy more affordable and accessible.
Grounded in practice and responsive to real problems, these experiences can be adapted to suit national conditions, resource endowments and development stages of different countries, forming a core part of China Sustainability Solutions.
Today, challenges facing countries around the world such as energy transition, climate change, public health and the digital divide are deeply interconnected, and no country can tackle them alone.
The international community thus needs more open, inclusive and pragmatic platforms to connect needs with solutions, turn knowledge into action, and translate action into measurable development outcomes.
Under such circumstances, the China Sustainability Solutions was created precisely in response to this need.
This event combined multimedia presentations with on-site introductions to showcase the platform's content, functions, and application scenarios to the attending guests. It was introduced that the platform upholds the principles of demand-driven development, partner participation, and knowledge sharing, and welcomes broad participation from governments, enterprises, research institutions, financial institutions, and social organizations of various countries to jointly explore a path of sustainable development and win-win cooperation.
Often described as "the Olympics of the media", the World Media Summit was initiated in 2009 by a group of renowned international media organizations and has become a major global platform for high-level media exchange and cooperation. This year's summit is jointly hosted by Xinhua News Agency and the People's Government of Beijing Municipality.
