BEIJING, Sept. 2 (Xinhua Silk Road) -- The 23rd China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) is scheduled to be held in Nanning, capital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from September 17 to 21, reported Xinhua-run China Securities Journal on Wednesday.
By then, the 23rd China-ASEAN Business & Investment Summit will also kick off in the south China-located city, focusing on new topics that highlight innovations and applications related to "artificial intelligence+".
In addition to upgrading the digital economy and green and low-carbon exhibition zones, this year's CAEXPO will set up future spaces and sci-tech innovation business growth-enabling zones for the first time.
Among the thematic exhibitions, the most eye-catching part of this year's financial exhibition is the newly added "AI+finance"-themed exhibition zone, covering an area of 10,000 square meters.
From September 17 to 21, major Chinese banks and emerging internet finance businesses will showcase in the zone cross-border digital payment and other solutions removing barriers in cross-border trade.
During the 23rd China-ASEAN Business & Investment Summit due to be held on September 17-18, activities will be arranged to present applications of large language model base, underwater robotic fish, intelligent translation, intelligent drip irrigation and intelligent inspection in manufacturing, healthcare, agriculture and water conservancy sectors as well.
