
BEIJING, Jan. 9 (Xinhua Silk Road) -- The Seminar on Global Expansion for Mining Construction Enterprises kicked off on January 8 in Hefei, east China's Anhui Province, attracting over 300 industry representatives to explore pathways for strengthening global presence.
As the global energy transition picks up pace, China's mining construction industry is presented with strategic opportunities for international development. The seminar aimed to assess international market trends, share overseas practices, and support Chinese enterprises in better integrating into the global market.
China's mining construction industry remains committed to the domestic market while actively expanding overseas, leveraging its strengths in integrated technologies, project management, and full life-cycle services, according to Zhang Yanlu, chairman of the China Coal Construction Association.
China Coal Mine Construction Group Co., Ltd. has recently elevated its international operations into an independent company, marking a new stage in its global expansion, said Sun Xuejun, chairman of the group.
Representatives from research institutes and enterprises explored opportunities and challenges in international markets during the seminar. Besides, they shared experience centering on market development, risk control, and compliance strategies.
The seminar is guided by China National Coal Association, and hosted by the China Coal Construction Association. China Coal Mine Construction Group Co., Ltd. and China Coal No. 3 Corporation Group Limited served as organizers, and China Economic Information Service provided think tank support. The two-day event addresses key issues related to China's mining construction enterprises' overseas expansion, aiming to contribute Chinese technologies and solutions to global energy development and enhance the international presence of China's mining construction industry.
