MOSCOW, Nov. 18 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Li Qiang on Tuesday urged the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) countries to steadily increase the installed capacity of photovoltaic and wind power each by 10 million kilowatts in the next five years.
Li made the remarks when addressing the 24th Meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of Member States of the SCO.
