This year's summit focused on cooperation in emerging fields such as artificial intelligence and the cultural and creative industries, aimed at strengthening economic connectivity and innovative growth across the Asia-Pacific region and injecting new momentum into sustainable regional development. 3Trees' participation as the sole invited enterprise from China's building materials and coatings industry not only highlights the proactive role of Chinese manufacturing in the global green transition but also marks the continuously rising influence of Chinese brands on the international stage.
During the summit, Hong stated that with the accelerated restructuring of global industrial chains, green and low-carbon development has become a core driver of high-quality growth. As a leading Chinese paint brand, 3Trees consistently adheres to its corporate mission of "Making Homes Healthier, Cities More Beautiful, and Life Better," continuously increasing investment in eco-friendly materials, smart manufacturing, and green supply chains, thereby driving the transformation of China's coating industry towards high-end, intelligent, and green development.
"We are fully aware that the sustainable development of enterprises is inseparable from a global vision and a sense of responsibility," Hong emphasized. He noted that the Asia-Pacific region, as a crucial engine of global economic growth, should enhance collaboration in areas like establishing green standards, sharing technologies, and facilitating talent exchange, to foster an open, inclusive, and sustainable regional industrial ecosystem. "Through this participation, 3Trees also hopes to deepen cooperation with enterprises across the Asia-Pacific, jointly exploring new pathways for green technology, circular economy, and industrial integration."

In recent years, 3Trees has actively responded to the national "dual carbon" strategy, taking the lead within the industry to complete a green upgrade across the entire industrial chain. It has established three national-level "green factories," a "zero-carbon factory," and "green parks," and collaborates with upstream and downstream partners to build a sustainable ecosystem, achieving low-carbon practices from raw material procurement and production manufacturing to end-user services.
At the same time, 3Trees integrates the concept of "quality housing" into home renovation and urban renewal, proactively proposing a systematic solution for "transforming old houses into quality homes." This approach precisely addresses a key aspect of sustainable development in the building materials sector -- using green materials, energy-saving techniques, and healthy renovation to advance housing from "having a place to live" to "having a quality place to live." This initiative not only enhances the safety and quality of the existing housing stock but also activates a trillion-yuan home renovation market, opening up a new, quality-oriented, and green track for the coating industry.
Amid the wave of globalization, 3Trees is integrating its outstanding innovative achievements and sustainable development experience into the industrial ecosystem of the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. Based on firm confidence in the prospects of overseas markets, 3Trees has positioned international development as a core corporate strategy, intensifying and accelerating its expansion into global markets. It is building a green supply chain with a global perspective, collaborating with regional partners to explore markets for green building materials and home renovation.
Through this visit to Gyeongju, 3Trees looks forward to using overseas markets as a leverage point to build a "bridge" connecting China's green building materials industry with the world, allowing the green DNA of "Intelligent Manufacturing in China" to take root globally. The company aims to provide replicable and scalable practical pathways for the global cause of sustainability, demonstrating the responsibility and commitment of Chinese enterprises.
Looking ahead, 3Trees will continue to be guided by technological innovation, underpinned by green development, and vigorously grow its international business. It strives to contribute Chinese wisdom and strength to building a "sustainable tomorrow" in the Asia-Pacific region, joining hands with global partners to collectively chart a new vision for a sustainable future.
