YINCHUAN, Aug. 26 (Xinhua) -- The seventh China-Arab States Expo will feature its first-ever Silk Road E-Commerce innovation and development conference from Wednesday to Friday in Yinchuan, capital of northwest China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, according to the organizers.
Aiming to deepen digital economic cooperation and foster a mutually beneficial global e-commerce market, the event will include activities such as live-streaming sessions for "Silk Road products" joined by 15 foreign hosts from nine countries and over 50 Chinese hosts, industrial matchmaking, and visits to local industries.
Organized by Ningxia's department of commerce, Yinchuan municipal government, and China International Electronic Commerce Center, the conference has attracted over 50 foreign guests from 14 countries, including Egypt, the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
The broader expo will run from Aug. 28 to 31 in Yinchuan.
