SAO PAULO, May 13 (Xinhua) -- Chinese green technology company Envision Group on May 12 announced to establish Latin America's first net-zero industrial park in Brazil, focusing on technology and industrial development including sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), green hydrogen and ammonia.
The announcement came during Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva's state visit to China, where he met with Envision Group Chairman Zhang Lei and witnessed the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement aimed at supporting Brazil's green energy transition and low-carbon industrial development.
"By working with Envision Group to build a net-zero industrial park and promote green oil production, Brazil is not only advancing its own sustainable economic development, but also offering valuable experience for the global green transition." Lula said.
