BEIJING, March 21 (Xinhua) -- Evan Kail, an American donor of a Japanese war crime photo album, joined Li Guangfu, a renowned Chinese actor from the Beijing People's Art Theatre, in a visit to the Yueji Kiln in Dehua County in southeast China's Fujian province on March 19.
In Yueji Kiln, a place with over 400 years of ceramic-making history, they had a hands-on experience in traditional technique of pottery throwing and the ceremonial lighting of the dragon kiln. This visit not only deepened their appreciation for traditional Chinese culture, but also injected new vitality into the ancient Yueji Kiln.
