BEIJING, June 25 (Xinhua) -- Shanghai-based financial technology (Fintech) service company Zhongan Xinke inked strategic cooperation agreements with three Japanese-funded companies, including Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Company (China) Ltd., NS Solutions (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and Takumi Innovators (Shanghai) Incubator Management Co., Ltd. in Shanghai on June 24, reported Shanghai Securities News.
The signing parties will conduct in-depth cooperation in insurance technology and digital services, jointly explore an integrated insurance and digital services model, and create new opportunities for Japanese-funded enterprises in China.
