BEIJING, June 30 (Xinhua) -- Liu Jianchao, head of the International Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, met with Faisal bin Fadel Al-Ibrahim, Saudi Arabia's Minister of Economy and Planning, in Beijing on Thursday.
The two sides exchanged views on implementing the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, synergizing development strategies, and promoting cooperation between China and Saudi Arabia in various fields.
They also exchanged views on enhancing China-Saudi Arabia, China-Gulf Cooperation Council, and China-Arab relations.
