BEIJING, Dec. 2 (Xinhua) – China's leading sport utility vehicle (SUV) maker Great Wall Motor (GWM) debuted a fleet of cutting-edge new energy vehicles (NEV) at the 39th Thailand International Motor Expo 2022 held in Bangkok on November 30, showcasing the company's latest NEV model to the public.
While debuting the Ora Grand Cat, the first premium pure electric coupe from the ORA brand to the public, GWM also showcased the off-road TANK500 HEV, 2023 HAVAL H6 HEV, HAVAL H6 PHEV, HAVAL JOLION HEV, as well as Ora Good Cat GT at the expo.
GWM's appearance at the auto expo has attracted over 200 car dealers from 50 countries and regions to experience its advanced models and technologies.
Shi Qingke, vice-president of the GWM, said the company will stay committed to its globalization strategy, bring more advanced intelligent new energy products to global users.
Thailand is regional hub for GWM's business in the ASEAN countries. Noting GWM's layout in Thailand market, Narong Sritalayon, a sales executive of GWM Thailand said that the company is planning to launch four new NEV models in the country in 2023.
Great Wall Motor will always adhere to its position as a leading brand of NEV maker, and is committed to bringing better products and services, user experience and cutting-edge technologies to Thai consumers, according to Zhang Jiaming, vice-president of GWM, also the president of GWM's ASEAN operations.
