BEIJING, June 21 (Xinhua) -- Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. (601688.SH; 06886.HK) on Monday inked deal with Shell China on energy transformation and low-carbon technology cooperation.
The two sides have inked a memorandum of strategic cooperation for pooling resources and complementary advantages, according to a report by China Securities Journal.
Huatai Securities and Shell China will cooperate on building zero-carbon ecosystems and advance financial empowerment, scientific and technological empowerment as well as industrial empowerment to contribute to carbon neutrality and green development, says the report.
