InfoQuest (June 16, 2022) – According to Mr. Sinit Lertkrai, Deputy Minister of Commerce of Thailand, led by the Department of Trade Negotiations (DTN), 11 first-class coffee enterprises attended the THAIFEX-ANUGA ASIA 2022 "The Hybrid Edition" in IMPACT from May 24 to 28.
This activity aims to help Thai enterprises find business opportunities and expand the popularity of Thai coffee in the world market. The Ministry of Commerce has released relevant programs to support coffee enterprises with development potential, which has achieved good results. Many domestic and foreign trade partners propose business matching. Sinit believes that new and quality coffee products will enable Thai enterprises to be competitive in the international high-end market.
It's reported that in the first quarter of this year, Thailand exported instant coffee worth US $27.07 million, a year-on-year increase of 10.85 percent. Its major export markets are Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Japan, the United States and Canada.
